Delivery： As shown in the photo, the acrylic boxes were securely packaged in a heavy duty box with custom dividers to ensure they arrived in perfect condition. No boxes were scratched or broken in shipment. Quality： The acrylic used in the manufacture of the boxes was a medium weight that is ideal for general storage. There are no scratches or cracks, and the lids slide off the boxes easily and smoothly.  Design： A removeable divider allows for two storage sections. They are wide enough to hold 9 rows of mahjong tiles in four columns. These boxes are custom-made; therefore, if you prefer 10 rows, you can request an adjustment in the length of the box. Service： Holly provided EXCELLENT customer service. She presented me with the mock-up before the boxes were manufactured, and kept me informed of the shipment date, customs date, and arrival time. She is friendly and communicates perfectly to ensure the customers wishes are followed. I highly recommend this company for their service!
